General Refund Policy

MoveDaSoul values clarity, care, and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines our general approach to refunds for classes, retreats, and other events. Because offerings vary in format and scale, refund policies may differ by program. Specific refund details are always shared at the time of registration and take precedence over this general policy.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of offering and the terms agreed to at registration. By registering for a MoveDaSoul offering, you acknowledge and agree to the refund policy provided at checkout or in the registration materials.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Refund requests must be made in writing

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used

Dance for Joy Classes

For Dance for Joy classes:

  • Refunds are available up to two (2) days before the scheduled class date

  • Refund requests made fewer than two days before the class are not eligible for a cash refund

  • In place of a refund, participants may receive credit toward a future Dance for Joy class

Class credits must be used within the timeframe specified at the time they are issued.

Workshops, Retreats, and Special Events

Refund policies for workshops, retreats, intensives, and special events vary based on:

  • Length and scope of the offering

  • Venue and accommodation commitments

  • Advance costs and planning requirements

Detailed refund and cancellation terms for these offerings are communicated at registration and may include partial refunds, credits, or non-refundable deposits.

Transfers and Credits

Where applicable and at MoveDaSoul’s discretion:

  • Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant

  • Credits may be issued for future offerings instead of refunds

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations by MoveDaSoul

If MoveDaSoul cancels or reschedules an offering, registered participants will be notified promptly and provided with options, which may include:

  • A full refund

  • A credit toward a future offering

  • Transfer to a rescheduled date
